Is your Ads Account permanently restricted?
Here’s how to get around that and launch ads again:
Setup a new personal account under a variation of your legal name (you will be asked for an ID to verify you’re a real person, so use your legal name or something close to it), and then give that new account access to the Facebook Page you want to use for your ads
You’ll automatically be assigned an ads manager on your new personal profile – but don’t use that!
Go through the steps to setup a Business Manager through your new personal account and launch ads that way.
