Enhancing the experience for our social media clients [TIPS]

In our ongoing effort to make the process easier for our clients, we have made some minor updates to how we send our finished work and receive corrections from our clients.


Every month we send our clients a word document with all of the posts listed that we have created for them. This allows our clients to spend 20 to 30 minutes a month reviewing the work that my team has created, but they still get the personalized touch of having each post written just for them!


This month we initiated a change in delivery. Instead of sending the monthly calendars as a word document, we have started sending a link to view the calendar in dropbox.


If you open the document on a desktop computer, you will notice a comment section on the right side. You can enter comments directly into that box, and the entire Branning Group team will be able to reply and/or resolve to the client directly!


Our hope is that this updated process makes it easier for our clients to share the calendar that we have created with their team, and to view the calendar on any device (phone, iPad, etc.)


Tip: always be open and aggressive and looking for ways to optimize the experience for your clients! We did not have to make a change (we never had any complaints about our previous process) but we are always looking at ways to innovate and get better!
